Arpeggione Sonata in A minor, D.821 - II. Adagio
Style: Classical music
Tags: Romantic period, Classical period
Further Info: Original version adapted for flute, The Sonata in A Minor for Arpeggione by Schubert was written for the arpeggione, an ancient instrument which appears to have been born from a romance between a guitar and a cello. Although less elaborate than Schubert's other works, it is a quite charming piece.
Play the score of the 2nd Adagio movement of the Arpeggione D.821 Sonata by Schubert arranged for flute and piano, accompanied by a professional recording of the piano reduction.
